Bachelor's of Theology Degree in
Biblical Languages

The Bible Languages degree is designed for the student who wants to develop competence in doing research of Biblical text in the original languages and acquire skills in performing a complete exegesis of any Biblical text.
The student who will complete this course of study will show competence in the following areas:

Familiarity with the grammar, structure and syntax of the original Biblical Hebrew and Koine Greek.

Ability to read the original text of the Old and New Testaments in the original languages.

Ability to perform a complete grammatical analysis of the original text.

Ability to perform a thorough exegesis of the original text.

Skill in correct textual and contextual interpretation of any Scripture after applying the analytical and exegetical tools made available through this course of study.

A basic foundation in other Biblically related ancient languages and scripts such as Aramaic, Paleo-Hebrew, Proto-Sinaitic, Egyptian Hieroglyphics, and Cuneiform script and its various languages.
